Kitchen
The kitchen is the nonprofit’s economic engine—every dollar generated through omakase dining directly sustains the organization’s work. Open Friday through Sunday from 5–10 PM, the kitchen funds workforce development, the community pantry, the urban garden, harm reduction programming, and monthly Art Hops. Everything we sell is reinvested directly back into the community.
